Now in its 15th anniversary edition, One to One Retail E-Commerce is a three-day gathering in Monaco that brings together decision-makers and solution providers in the retail and eCommerce sectors. What sets it apart is its format: both retailers and solution providers go through a strict selection process — retailers must be C-levels with an ongoing or planned investment project, while solution providers are selected by an Editorial Committee based on their relevance to current industry challenges.

Accessiway's French team was present at the Monaco edition, with a dedicated stand and a full schedule of pre-arranged one-to-one meetings with senior retail and eCommerce decision-makers. The format — curated, intimate and focused on active investment projects — made it an ideal environment for meaningful conversations about digital accessibility maturity, EAA compliance and the concrete business case for inclusive digital experiences.
